4:30 PM, I am texting her, just cutting up together. Suddenly I send a text and it doesn’t go through. I wait an hour and it still doesn’t go through. Another hour, still nothing. She texts me at 6:30 AM this morning saying “My network was fucked up” and I’m like seriously phones, you little bleeper boxes put me through all that stress because you couldn’t do your one job, sending and receiving messages?! When is someone going to invent a phone that is actually reliable, like really y’all it should’ve been done by now!!!! Are you jackass service providers literally just trying to scare the living tarnation out of your customers by making them think your lover might have blocked you for no reason whatsoever, like what kind of twisted behavior is that on your part service providers? Phones are weird, no no that doesn’t even begin to cut it, phones, phone service providers, phone networks, are twisted jackasses that simply are not capable of putting their customers first. I have had a cell phone since I was 6 years old and I have nothing good to say about them so far. If it wasn’t for the need to stay connected with my loved ones who don’t live with me, I would ditch my phone forever. And service providers, this is a demand to up your game. O’Brien Web and it’s associated brands cannot function properly if you jackass service providers continue this behavior. And if any service provider execs happen to be reading this, please do everything you can to change your organization to actually put the focus on your customers, please and thank you.
