After much discussion, my partner and I have decided that full-time RV living isn’t the best way to enjoy a life of luxury. So, we’re beginning the exciting journey of searching for a home. We want a space that’s spacious yet cozy—something with a warm, inviting interior rather than just a vast, empty area. Since we’re planning to foster cats, and they don’t thrive in an RV environment, a more stable home is essential.

I will always cherish the open road and the thrill of road trips, but those adventures will now become part-time rather than full-time. Ideally, we’re looking for a home with a sprawling countryside feel—not a mansion, perhaps a charming rambler. The search for our first home is just beginning, and while we’re open to moving anywhere in the continental United States or Canada, if I’m being honest, my heart is set on finding our dream home somewhere in Texas.
