Sleepy days

Sometimes you just get hit with the sleepy sleeps and you don’t know why. Sometimes you take so much pain medicine that you don’t experience pain relief but instead experience the sleepy sleeps. If this has ever happened to you, you are not alone. It happens to me several times a week. I will often take 3 doses of pain medicine in a day, and end up falling asleep much earlier in the day than I normally would otherwise. My legs have been killing me, and I’m not sure why, and the only solution has been repeated doses of heavy pain medicine, however this comes with lots of unwanted side effects. I do not like pain personally, and I believe that this is why it is called pain. I hope there is a permanent remedy to my chronic pain, I am doing research into what this permanent remedy could possibly be at the moment with the help of family and friends. If this interests you, you can contact me for more information. However I am not here to talk about my research, I am here to talk about today. Today was a sleepy day because my pain, and I am sure many of you have been through similar sleepy days in the past and will go through many more in the future. I pray that your sleepy days are few, and that when they do come that they are enjoyable. Sleepy days can be enjoyable, however rest in moderation is best as is everything best in moderation. Sleepy days are not the worst, but rarely are they the best. Sleepy days because of pain are the absolute worst.
